About Us
Ty Ludlow, native of Fallon, NV, graduated from University of Nevada-Reno with a degree in accounting
and information systems. For several years he volunteered as a tax preparer for the VITA program both
in Reno and Las Vegas, NV. He has a great passion for tax preparation and tax law. With his years of
experience in tax preparation and as a data analyst for United Healthcare Ty seeks to help clients make
sense of the numbers!
Alyssa Garcia has over 10 years of professional experience in the accounting/financial field. She holds a
Master's of Science in Management and Leadership as well as a Bachelor's of Science in Business
Administration. Alyssa is also an Annual Filing Season Program participant. Her passion for preparing
taxes grew from her involvement with the Volunteer Income Tax Preparation (VITA) program in the local
community.
Melanie Ludlow, Esq., is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law where she volunteered as a
student attorney for over a year in the Low-Income Tax Clinic. There she helped several clients argue
their cases before the IRS and helped negotiate Offers in Compromise. Additionally, Melanie enjoyed
taking several tax law courses while a student. Since then, she has continued to study tax law and build
a love for it. Yes, she loves to read the Tax Code! Melanie and Ty are married and live in Fallon with
their 4 young daughters.
